Direction of use:

As a bath:

Pour 2 caps of salt into the warm (40 degrees) water. Stay in the bath for 20 minutes then rinse with water. Wrap the body for another few minutes. Use twice a week.

As a compress:

2/3 cap of salt mix with hot water until smooth consistency is obtained. Apply the mixture on the selected area. Use compress once a week.

As a peeling:

Put salt on a sponge and gently massage the skin
