It provides bacteriostatic effects, controls sebum production, and decreases adhesion between cells of stratum spinosum, and therefore causes intense exfoliation.

Pyruvic acid is known for its ability to penetrate deeper into the skin. It helps to exfoliate the skin, unclog pores, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Frequency: Treatment is to be performed from autumn to spring to prevent intensive UV effects, every 2-3 weeks.
