BasicLab Dermocosmetics Esteticus Anti-Acne Spot Serum 15ml

A specialized spot serum designed to improve the condition of problem skin by reducing active blemishes and accelerating regeneration. Already after a few applications, it visibly calms micro-inflammatory acne lesions, supports repair processes, and helps prevent uneven texture or post-inflammatory discoloration. With its antibacterial and antioxidant action, the product protects against acne-causing bacteria and free radicals.

Suitable for Skin: At any age. Oily, combination, or normal. Acne-prone with micro-inflammatory lesions. Sensitive skin. With occasional imperfections.

Active ingredients:

• 7% AHA/BHA (shikimic acid & salicylic acid) – calms micro-inflammatory changes, reduces papules and pustules, and prevents the formation of new blemishes. Provides gentle exfoliation to speed regeneration and reduce post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). Gradual-release salicylic acid ensures long-lasting efficacy with minimized irritation risk.

• 3% Azelaic acid – inhibits acne-causing bacteria, reduces inflammation, prevents PIH, and lightens existing discolorations.

• Carnosine 2.0 – a stabilized, more effective form of L-carnosine. Restores firmness, protects against photoaging, brightens hyperpigmentation, and improves overall skin tone.

• Centella Asiatica (CICA: madecassoside, asiaticoside & extract) – provides strong soothing action, reduces redness in acne lesions, supports regeneration, and prevents scarring. Its antioxidant effect improves hydration, smoothness, and elasticity.

• Lactoferrin – regulates sebum secretion, calms micro-inflammations, accelerates lesion healing, and supports the skin’s natural immunity with antibacterial action.

• Ceramides NP & AP – rebuild and strengthen the skin barrier, reducing sensitivity, dryness, and irritation.

• Phytosphingosine & phytosterols – nourish, improve elasticity and smoothness, and protect against transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

• Vitamin E (Tocopherol) – delivers antioxidant protection, regeneration, and nourishment.

• Glucose – enhances hydration, preventing dryness and flaking during treatment.

How to Use

Apply to cleansed skin several times a day on affected areas. Use as a spot treatment and avoid applying on skin with compromised integrity or open wounds. Follow with a daily photoprotective product to reduce sun sensitivity associated with AHA/BHA use.

Contraindications

Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Avoid use if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use caution when combining with other strong exfoliating or irritant treatments.

Note AHAs/BHAs may increase photosensitivity. Avoid direct sun exposure and protect treated skin with a suitable high SPF product such as an SPF 50+ light protective emulsion.
