Directions for Use

Foot bath: Dissolve 1 cap of salt in 3 litres of warm water, up to a maximum temperature of 38ºC. Recommended bath time is approximately 15 minutes.

Hand bath: Pour a small amount of salt into a bowl of warm water. Recommended bath time is approximately 10 minutes.

After bathing, rinse the hands or feet, dry thoroughly and proceed to the next stage of the treatment.
