The PP20 Fast-Curing Polymer Kit is a high-performance, two-component system designed for rapid and precise applications. Engineered for ease of use, it provides excellent mechanical properties with minimal shrinkage, ensuring durability and reliability in various settings.

When combined, PP20-A and PP20-B can be used for moulding inter-digital wedges, toe separators, dorsal toe protectors and orthodigital splints.

Mixing & Application Process:

1. Preparation – Ensure all lids are tightly closed when not in use and store between -5°C & 30°C.

2. Mixing – Combine equal parts of PP20-A and PP20-B.

3. Blending – Mix thoroughly by hand for 1-2 minutes until a uniform color is achieved.

   • Avoid latex gloves during mixing.

   • Stir gently to minimize air bubble entrapment.

4. Curing – The mixture will begin setting within minutes, fully curing in approximately 4 minutes.
