How to use:

Prepare the nail Perform standard nail prep: shape the nail, tidy cuticles, cleanse, dehydrate, then apply a base coat and cure. 

Apply colour For the strongest neon effect, apply 1–2 thin layers of white or a similar bright base colour. Cure each layer. 

METHOD 1 – Rubbing Into the Tacky Layer (Smooth Neon Finish)

• Leave the dispersion layer Do not wipe the tacky layer after curing your colour.

• Rub in the pigment Using a sponge applicator, silicone tool, or gloved fingertip, gently rub the Semilac Flash Neon Effect 680 powder into the sticky layer until the surface is smooth and evenly saturated.

• Remove excess powder Use a soft brush to dust off any loose particles.

• Seal the effect Apply top coat, making sure to seal the free edge, and cure fully.

• Optional – Extra durability For clients who are harder on their nails, apply a second layer of top coat and cure.

 METHOD 2 – “Sugar Effect” Sprinkle Application (Textured Finish)

• Apply colour and top coat without curing Paint the nail in your chosen colour, then apply a layer of top coat but do not cure it yet. 

• Sprinkle the neon powder Evenly sprinkle Semilac Flash Neon Effect 680 over the wet top coat to create a textured, sugar-like surface.

• Cure under the lamp Cure thoroughly to set the design. 

• Do not apply top coat over it The sugar effect should remain textured and matte/neon.
