How to Use

Apply a thin, even layer of Neptunian Blue over a previously cured hybrid base coat. Cure under a suitable UV/LED lamp according to the device's requirements. For maximum saturation and a deeper turquoise effect, apply a second thin layer and cure again. Complete the styling by applying and curing a preferred Semilac top coat to protect the colour and add a brilliant shine.
