How to Use

Apply a thin layer of hybrid base coat to a clean and degreased nail then cure it under a UV/LED lamp. Apply one or two thin layers of Flexy 123 Neon Orange hybrid nail polish curing each layer for approximately 60 seconds. Seal the manicure with a hybrid top coat and cure again.
